Tomorrow Sunday December 21, 2025, all roads lead to Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital where Pastor Frank Adeyemi, General Overseer, LordArise Global Christian Church(LGCC) is celebrating God’s faithfulness over his life on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
A three-in-one event, Pastor Adéyemí is utilizing the opportunity to also commemorate the official dedication of an expansive Auditorium, the LordArise Rapture Cathedral as well as the Glorious Help Mountain located at Rapture Street, Oke-Aregba.
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is leading an assemblage of eminent personalities including notable Ministers of the Gospel to the ceremony.
The event will commence at 1pm and will also witness the Public Presentation of a book, titled: Brevity of Life, written by one of Pastor Adeyemi’s protege, Miss Mayowa Rojaiye, a 300-Level student of Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology(LAUTECH).
Pastor Adeyemi who oversees many church Assemblies located in Lagos and Ogun States as well as in Benin Republic, has an admonition for upcoming Servants of God.
His biggest lesson in life, he says: “Don’t ever run ahead of God. Allow Him to take the lead according to His own Master Plan, not yours”
Born on December 21, 1965 to the family of late Most Snr Apostle Abiona Adeyemi Omotosho, a retired officer of the Nigerian Army, and his mother, Madam Felicia Adesola Adeyemi Omotosho, who is still alive and very aged, the cleric has devoted close to 30 years of his sojourn on earth to ministerial service.
He hails from Birinbida compound, Ago Ika, Abeokuta, Ogun State, where he also spent his formative years. He is one of five siblings, with two brothers and two sisters.
Pastor Frank had his primary education at Holy Prophet Primary School, Adedotun, Abeokuta, and secondary education at Unity High School, Ago Ika, Abeokuta.
He furthered his studies at Ogun State Polytechnic, Ojere Abeokuta(now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic) where he studied Accounting.
He also registered for a programme at Lagos State University, Ojo, though his ministry commitments have kept him from completing it.
He got married to Snr Pastor Mrs. Mary Adeyemi about thirty years ago and blessed with children.
Pastor Frank Adeyemi’s story isn’t complete without the mention of LordArise Global Christian Church, a Ministry God committed to his hands whose journey started with fellowship at No 1 Ayinkoju Close, Grammar School, Isale Igbehin, Abeokuta in June 2008 in his siting room with seven women and Mummy G.O spearheading the affairs, which gave birth to Tuesday Zionist Testimonies programme.
In June 2009, Fellowship started in OGHIFO’S family compound, Jakande, Ọjọ, Lagos with 56 souls and later moved to Sunny Abidogun Street after three years and from there to permanent Complex located at Glory Center in Morogbo Road, Oke-Jeun, Lagos.
In December 2010/2011, Pastor Adeyemi embarked on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem during which God, on Mount Sinai, named the church “LORDARISE GLOBAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH” with a vision to making people a glorious church (Ephesians 5:27). This was prophetically confirmed via a headcount of 68 children present in the pioneering service with reference to Psalm 68: 1, which says: Let God Arise!
In 2020, a Theological School named Messengers Meeting Theological Meeting Seminary, started and has produced graduates in LGCC & other Ministries.
