The lawmaker, popularly called Senator LA by his teeming supporters, however, charged his constituents to continue to support him in his efforts to better their lot and take Kaduna Central to greater heights through the delivery of the real dividends of democracy.
He assured them that he’ll continue to prioritize their welfare and well-being and will not relent in his efforts and noble endeavours to continue to bring unprecedented socio-economic and infrastructural developments to all facets of their lives and throughout Kaduna Central Senatorial District.

He added that he had also disbursed the sum of between N100,000 and N150,000 bursary allowances to over 200 students in the Humanities and Sciences, respectively, across his Senatorial District, from the N500 million set aside for settling tuition fees for hundreds of students of tertiary institutions in his constituency. He said over 1000 students drawn from across the Senatorial District have so far been awarded scholarships.
To facilitate the easy transportation of persons, goods and farm produce throughout Kaduna Central Senatorial District, the lawmaker said finishing touches are currently being put to his plan to construct over 20,000 kilometres of roads traversing the seven local government areas in the district.
Senator LA also disclosed that he had sponsored four very crucial motions and four bills, which are now in their third reading stages and about to be passed into law by the Senate.
He added that he had also continued to sponsor people to perform the lesser Hajj in Saudi Arabia to offer prayers for the peace, progress, and unity of Nigeria.
“My pledge is to continue to work assiduously to make life better for all the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial District and practically alleviate the suffering of
the less privileged, too,” he added.
The lawmaker also enjoined all Muslim faithful in his constituency, Kaduna State and all over Nigeria to use the occasion of the festival to pray for continuous peace, end to the perennial insecurity, hardship and economic challenges confronting the people.
