Frontline Traditional Ruler, the Olowu of Owu Kingdom, Oba Prof Saka Matemilola, has extended royal felicitations to prominent entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of the popular outfit, Next Big Deal Hub, Ambassador Bukola Jaiyeola who recently bagged a doctoral award of PhD(Honoris Causa) in Leadership.
Oba Matemilola described Dr Jaiyeola as a distinguished Nigerian imbued with exceptional qualities of leadership, dedication, and passion for community service.
In a congratulatory letter personally signed by Oba Matemilola, the royal father said: “Dear Dr. Jaiyeola, It is with immense pride and joy that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on your recent achievement of being awarded the prestigious Doctor of Leadership by the Leadership Empowerment International Conference, United Kingdom.
“To be recognized as the youngest recipient of such à distinguished honour is a true testament of your exceptional leadership, dedication, and passion for community service.
“This recognition not only celebrates your personal achievements but also reflects the positive impact you have made on the lives of others.
“You have consistently demonstrated the values of leadership. compassion, and resilience, and I have no doubt that this award will inspire even more remarkable contributions from you.

Oba Matemilola prayed for a wonderful future ahead for the young entrepreneur, adding, “May your future be filled with continued success, and may your work always bring honour to your name and to the community you serve”.
A registered Dietitian, Entrepreneur and Author, Dr Bukola Jaiyeola’s career began with an education in Nutrition and
Dietetics from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta(FUNAAB) leading to her qualification as a registered dietitian (RDN).
Her passion for entrepreneurship was sparked in 2013 when she received solid training in event planning and
decorations, which was further enhanced by extensive business development training from GIZ, a German outfit.
In 2017, she founded Next Big Deal Global, a business-to-business service provider, offering a range of support services to aspiring and existing business owners, including business plan writing,
vocational training, and general business
development training through workshops and seminars.
As the Founder, her responsibilities
include strategic planning, providing vision and leadership, business development, fundraising and financial management, stakeholder engagement, team building, compliance and risk management, product and service development, and performance monitoring of the team,
facilitators, and trainees.
Leveraging her experience as an entrepreneur, and expertise as business development coach, Bukola Jaiyeola
recentlt authored a book “Wake Up! Crush it! Building a Profitable Business with a Global Vision.”
This led her to begin a mentorship programme “Exclusive Life Mentorship With Bukola Jaiyeola.”
Recognized as one of the 50 inspirational women in social development on the TEDx list, 2023, Bukola recently became an ECOWAS Ambassador.
She was also featured in the UK magazine, Sticks and Stones, where she shared
insights on lifestyle development and healthy eating.
As a dedicated dietitian, Bukola is passionate about promoting healthy eating within the community.
