The Olowu of Owu Kingdom, Oba Prof Saka Matemilola has been hailed for unleashing worthy legacies and support capable of promoting growth and entrepreneurial skills of young people in Nigeria.
A London-based entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer, Next Big Deal Hub, Miss Bukola Jaiyeola gave the commendation in Abeokuta when a delegation from her outfit visited the Owu Palace of the monarch.
Jaiyeola, author of the best seller book, Wake Up! Crush It! Building a Profitable Business With a Global Vision, extolled in glowing terms the sagacity of Oba Matemilola whom she described as “a monarch with a heart of gold”.
She stressed that the monarch, rather than displaying wealth and extreme flamboyance, chose instead to thread the path of simplicity but exuding loud support and incredible impact to youths wherever he finds opportunity to be of blessing.
It would be recalled that few months ago on April 27, 2024, the empowerment outfit, Next Big Deal Hub, hosted one of the biggest business Summit in the country tagged: “Empower Lagos Summit 2024: Mastering The Art of Business Structuring and Profitability”.
Oba Matemilola was the Chairman of the occasion and was ably represented by one of his chiefs, the Aare Bobaseye of Owu Kingdom, High Chief Chikezie Nwosu.
The event which was well attended held at the University of Lagos, Akoka, brought together an assemblage of industry leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and enthusiasts from across the country.

Reciprocating the kind gesture of support of the monarch, a 5-man delegation of Next Big Deal Hub was at the palace on Monday to present some gifts to kábíyèsí.
In return, Oba Matemilola expressed his commitment to do all within his power to uplift and empower youths desirous of creating value for the society
While commending the young entrepreneur, Miss Jaiyeola, a graduate of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), for her rare leadership acumen and impactful vision, the monarch admonished other youths to imbibe exemplary ideals of dedication and hard work in whatever they do.
